How we source sustainably

fabric saved from landfills

All our pet accessories, matching human accessories and leash bags are made from reclaimed fabric that would have otherwise gone to a landfill. The majority of our fabric comes from a non-profit called FabScrap that partners with companies in the fashion industry to properly recycle their textile waste including leftover fabric from production, sample yardage and waste from the design process. This fabric is in NEW condition and has never been previously worn or turned into clothing.

Through creative design and strategic cutting we ensure we utilize as much of the fabric as possible in our ongoing effort to be zero waste. We meticulously search for the perfect fabrics to build our collections for each season and oftentimes we are only able to source a very limited quantity of each print. The end result is unique, one of a kind pieces that you and your pup can enjoy for years to come.

Dog people are our people and we love interacting with our community and meeting our two and four legged friends. Doing local pop-ups and markets in the Jersey City, Hoboken and NYC area allow us to connect with our local customers and many of the rescues that we partner with directly.

Meet the maker(s)

nicole + ollie

I worked a decade in the fashion industry and never got used to seeing ream after ream of perfectly good fabric thrown away. Along with design, my passion has always been animals. I am a proud rescue advocate and foster mom, which is how Ollie found his way to me. Ollie has become my right hand pup, performing his supervisory duties from right behind me on my chair. Both Ollie and I want to bring the quality and fashion forward approach of the womenswear I was designing to the pet industry.

We create products with the same level of style, practicality and longevity that we expect in our own clothing while working to make our planet a better place for tomorrow.

We believe that all dogs deserve the best and so many homeless animals just need a chance. The smallest of donations can make the biggest difference in a rescue animal’s life. We also donate accessories to help pups stand out in their adoption photos and help them let their personality shine so they can have their best chance at finding their forever home.
